Home depot or Walmart Pharmacy Contacts?

I heard that they sell color contacts (non-prescription) and i want to know how much they are and which one is better getting home depot or walmart plus i heard that is better getting it in the eye doctor but idk how much blue, green, or hazel non-prescription contacts cost.... well hope you help
