What should I use to capture my Xbox 360 gameplay?

I am NOT getting any $200 device like a Black Magic Intensity, Hauppauge, etc... I'm looking for something under $80 to capture gameplay mainly to show friends for fun. It'd be easiest if I could find what is suggested at Best Buy, Office Depot, and stores like those but it's not a big deal if I have to order it online.
