Approx how much is a septum piercing and tongue?

So I live in Canada, Toronto area. My birthday is in 11 days. May 19th. I want to get my tongue and septum done. I'm 15. Do you think they will let me get my tongue and septum. I think they'll let me get my septum just I'm not positive on my tongue. In New Brunswick I know they let 13,14,15 year olds get tongues done as I used to live there last year and my step sister got hers done. I know in this area they're really strong about age. So what do you think about the prices and age? I'm going to call tomorrow at Thrive Studios and see what they say. But I'm just asking opinions. How old were you when you got yours done? and how bad did it hurt?
