How do i stop my neighbours dog from barking and digging under my fence?

There are some devices out that you can put up. It puts out a sound up to a certain radius. It'll keep the dogs away from the fence. Your dogs as well though. Its harmless and once the dogs realize that the sound is near the fence they will stay away from it. If you want to stay nice w the neighbors you cal always say you're keeping your dogs away from the fence. You could try a dog whistle for the barking but that'll punish your dogs too so im not sure if that will be a good option.
