If i get a second job ?

ok i am 21 years old and i live in with my mother and my two younger siblings. and i only have a part time job at home depot. which i get paid 8.55 per hour. and today i applied for a full time job. at best buy and i am not yet sure how much money a does a full time best buy . worker makes but today i applied for cashier position. and all of my life i have always lived in brooklyn and i really went to move from brooklyn to harlem because the job that i have now is not gonna get me a apartment. because my salary is too low. and plus i also have 500 dollars saved in to my savings account because every two weeks. i get 30 dollars put into my savings account do u think that if i was to get a second job as a full time worker at best buy is gonna help me get a apartment. in harlem or not ?
