Is it cheaper to live in Prince Edward Island as opposed to New Brunswick?

Moncton is most definitely cheaper than Charlottetown with more job opportunities but Summerside or at least the small towns near Summerside would be the cheapest of the 3 although jobs are way more plentiful in Moncton than anywhere on the Island.
