Is it time for the "Buy American Act" to become null and void?

Not yet. I saw a Hula Hoop at Menard's that was touted as MADE IN THE USA. Wow, we have come full circle......we made those in the 1950's and we are making some cheap hoop of plastic again. (Sarcastic remark)
