Mastr collion depot,, canada is true company as i got HRSDC Offer letter from that company?

i had apply for HRSDC (for canada PR) through one of company (WWICS located in chandigadh, Br, office in vadodara city / gujarat). I got offer letter from Canada base co. Master Collion Depot. Is this true co. that i received offer letter or its a dummy. pls. let me inform soon as i am going to pay huge amount for my HRSDCE programme. waiting for your reply soon.
