Place to Live in canada?

Me ad my girlfriend need help to find a new home, as of now we are in fort Mac alberta an it sucks, I'm looking for a town that's got around 100-200 thousand people so decent size no big city and was hoping BC but would like any suggestion , where both French so even in Quebec, new Brunswick so on, thanks alot for ur suggestions
