What is the BEST flat iron for under $30 available at Target?

I am looking for an inexpensive flat iron that can be purchased at Target or a drugstore. I need the flat iron before mid-August, and I'm looking for something around $25, maybe less if possible. I COMPLETELY understand the consequences of using a flat iron and I know that in reality, all flat irons damage your hair. But I am totally prepared for this, so please no comments/answers saying that I shouldn't get one cause I honestly need one. I'm considering the Remington Wet 2 Straight, or a flat iron by Remington, Revlon, Conair, or Andis. Any thoughts on those brands? Thank you so much in advance. (:
