Do you think that a CFL team could survive in Atlantic Canada?

I think Halifax could maybe support one. I think if they expand, they'd give a team to Ottawa, and Halifax... also Moncton did very well in that CFL event there... Don't remember what it was, but possible Moncton could support one.
