Hiking across country?

i want to hike the american discovery trail from brunswick, maryland (hometown) all the way to CA and back. im trying to find a good map that i could print offline that outlines the trail from state to state. ive tried the ADT website but the links dont work. if you could give me a site that has the state by state maps all the way to CA that would be awesome! thanks :)
