I think my clubs are too short?

My dad recently said my clubs look to small. Could having smaller clubs cause me to hook the ball and also affect my ball striking. I have been hitting the toe a lot and not hitting the sweetspot. My misses used to be to the right 99 % of the time, but i am now hooking a lot of my shots, especially irons.
