Would I get Financed for a car loan?

I'm 20 years old and I have been at my current job for a year and a half at Home Depot and I make around 1200 a month working part time. I have no expenses besides my cell phone bill and my insurance on a 1986 Monte Carlo ss. I want a new car because the monte is not reliable and i want to put the Monte under covers until I graduate college and can afford a restoration on it. The car I am interested is a 2006 Chrysler 300c Hemi and its 15800 with 56,000 miles, Im going to try to get it for 14500. I want to keep my payment under 400 for a 5 year loan and the car is through a Mitsubishi dealer.
