Law on abandoned car in canada?

hey im working at this convenient store and there is this car that has been sitting in the parking lot for about 3 months now , there a flat tire and the car is still up to date with the plates and registration but no ones came to claim it im wondering what the law on taking over the ownership of the car , if anyone could help that would be great i live in new brunswick canada, thx
