Which University/College in Ontario has the best nursing program?

I will be relocating to Ontario from New Brunswick very shortly and I would like to go to school for nursing. I was wondering if anyone would know what are the best institutions that offer the program? Best recognized and area as well. Thanks for any help anyone may have.
